Which payment options do you accept?
You can pay via one of the following payment methods:
· MercadoPago: is a secure platform used to send and receive money.
MercadoPago offers the following payment options:
2) Cash deposits via RapiPago, Pago Fácil, Provincia Pagos or selected cash machines (Red Link) - this option is only valid for purchases inside Argentina.
3) Pre-paid credit on MercadoPago website
Is a similar platform to MercadoPago and it enables you to pay via one of the following options:

3) Pre-paid credit on PayPal website.
Both platforms are extremely secure. Paypal is widely used across the globe while MercadoPago leads the Latin American market. Both platforms guarantee your security in all transactions done through their platforms. They have a security system that protects your card details and offer a customer protection service. In the unlikely event of a dispute arising, both these platforms can give you back 100% of your money.
When will my parcel arrive and what is the delivery cost?
We aim to dispatch every order within 48 hrs after payment has been received (please note this excludes weekends and bank holidays). Once dispatched, delivery time estimates and costs are as following:
· Argentina (Andreani)
The cost of this service is ARS 500
Estimated delivery between 3 - 5 working days.
· Uruguay, Chile and Brazil (DHL)
The cost of this service is ARS 1000
Estimated delivery between 5 - 7 working days.
· Rest of the world (DHL)
The cost of this service is ARS 2500
Estimated delivery between 5 -10 working days.
Please note that depending on your country regulations your purchase might be subject to import duties.

At what time will my parcel be delivered?
The courier will deliver your parcel Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The precise delivery times may differ and depend on the size of the parcel and the delivery address.
What is your returns policy?
Depending on your delivery address we offer two different return policies:
· IN ARGENTINA:
Once your parcel has arrived, if you are not completely happy with your purchase or it is different from what you expected, you have 7 working days to initiate the returns' process. You can exchange your product for a different one, we can send your money back or you can ask for a credit code which has no expiry date and will be valid for future purchases on our online shop.
To initiate the returns' process: send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org specifying the order number, the product you want to exchange and which other product you would like to receive instead (or ask for your money back or credit code). We will reply with clear instructions on how to locate your nearest private courier and send your parcel back to us. All returns must be unworn, in perfect conditions, with all tags attached and in the same packaging as you received them. You must include the purchase invoice in your parcel. Once your parcel arrives back to us, we will process it and send you back your selected item, issue you a refund or credit code. All refunds will be done using the same payment method that you used at the moment of making your purchase. You can exchange one time each purchase, once this benefit has been used you will be liable for the delivery cost of future exchange requests. No refunds will be credited after an exchange has been done.
Once your parcel has arrived, if you are not completely happy with your purchase or it is different from what you expected, you have 7 working days to initiate the returns' process. DHL will pick up your parcel free of charge. In exchange, we will offer your money back excluding the delivery cost (and any import duties you might have paid to DHL subject to your country regulations). We can also send you a credit code which has no expiry date and will be valid for future purchases on our online shop. At this present time, we regret we cannot offer exchanges.
To initiate the returns' process: send us an email to email@example.com specifying the order number and the product you want to return. We will answer with clear instructions on how to contact DHL to coordinate your pick up. All returns must be unworn, in perfect conditions, with all tags attached and with the same packaging as you received them. You must include the purchase invoice in your parcel. Once your parcel arrives back to us, we will process it and send your money back vía the same payment method you originally used to make your purchase (or issue you a credit note if you prefer so).
